High Jewelry can make life seem like a fairy tale, a dream seen through open eyes. Inspired by enchantment and imaginary worlds, in 1941 Van Cleef & Arpels created its first fairy clips which embody hope and femininity. The delicate and fascinating creatures watch over us and are recurring motifs for the Maison. They appear on clips, watches, and numerous other pieces. Their faces are frequently depicted in rose-cut diamonds, and they are often portrayed in movement, ready to take flight and wave their luminous magic wands.
